Keto... I did a trial run with it for a week before the holidays started (I had no intention of doing keto during family time over the holidays). I liked it and felt good after the first couple of days. Probably should go shopping and get back on it.

Yea it affects many of us directly and indirectly. I hope stalemate ends soon and you and others can have that stress over. I'm in a strong union state, or it used to be, and strikes always affected our entire economy. And for some workers who didn't prepare, it could be some very hard times, but stressful for all. Good luck on everything, especially the refi deal.

Good morning Johnny. Our snow is just a little heavier and roads are horrible with ice under the snow. They called off our church today and I'm staying inside. It's a perfect day to have a good forum fight about feeders and towers....
We got our little bit yesterday and we had a 30-40 mph wind yesterday all day in the 20’s...I stayed in all day other than clearing off our little car and taking a couple pictures...deer still moved in the backyard but the wind made them extra skittish. Supposed to get up to 40 today and after church I am going to attempt to smoke a pork butt...may have to finish it off in the oven due to it being so cool for my little gas smoker...
Gonna try and see if anybody else has lost headgear as well across the road...

It kind of is one...the big oak has 3 deer behind it browsing...we got back from church a few minutes ago and they wer back in it again...
You know what they say in the Bible about the seasons...wintertime tornados...sheesh! A big one took out most all the boat docks and housing along the east side of lake tenkiller in early December here. I was a couple. Ike’s from it in my camper and it was a wild ride that night. A friend of mines dad lost all of his barns and most of his cattle in it...
Got the pork butt on the smoker...will see how it turns out...

I watched a video this morning where a guy wrapped his in aluminum foil once it stalled out and it heated through then...

It's a cheap pork butt sitting on a smoker all day with Jalapeno/Cheese deer brats stacked on it. I did a "blackened" dry rub on it last night then used mustard as a sticker overnight. If you've never used mustard all it does is make the seasoning stay on the meat instead of dripping off when the fat liquifies... no mustard taste at all. The brat juices melt down onto the butt, keeping things moist and flavorful.

I did a mustard rub and then a pork seasoning rub and had it wrapped up in the frig for a few hours...
Keto is why I am doing all this...had a bunch of cheap pork this week...
