We lost a bunch of trees, too. Glad you are ok.

We had some trees down but not as severe as what you experienced. Best wishes on the cleanup and be careful.

Thanks guys. I really shouldn't be making light of the hurricane, a dozen mature trees toppled and 4 days of chainsaw, really is nothing compared to what the people in North Carolina are facing. In our business we call it natural disturbance.

No, I’m driving. From everything I’m hearing from neighbors, shouldn’t have an issue getting to our place. Just lucky I guess, lots of roads and bridges are gone.

Oh no, that sure let the wind out of your sails, you seem to have pretty good options, good luck. Early muzzleloader, for me is just a good time to take the camera and get some woodpecker pictures.

I saw one buck during early muzzleloader. Old 8 and Homeboy are doing well. Some new competition, Crab Claws, I can't seem to find him in the family album. He looks old enough to eat.

I was right, Homeboy 10, being reclusive and rather non-confrontational, has a problem up on the plateau,





Crabby.



The first deer that I have seen here in Kentucky peeling his hair off his back. I won't hesitate to put a hole in Crabby if given the chance.
