Was working on a shooting lane this weekend and these fellas were checking things out. Another year or two. It’s nice to have this caliber of deer walking around so we’re getting our pipe line of bucks being better. A few years ago our guys would have shot this and then say we can’t grow big deer. That has been the hardest thing to get people to do in our management program.

Until your so-called buddies cut the rope in the middle of the night as a practical joke... that finger looks like about a nine out of ten, with ten being officially smashed. I'm guessing it was one of those where you have to walk it off for a little bit?here is what we did for beds at the cabin. I took pallets from work and put 1x10 around it and hung them with rope. Easy beds to make

LOL. at first I said it was close to my finger then 5 sec later I took my glove off and said sh#t. Then the guy beside me that I was helping started to faint so some one had to grab him. It was a circus for a few minutes. Luckily my wife worked at a hand specialist, since the ER at locale hospital could not do the repair since the bone was broken. No waiting room wait, walked in back door and got taken care of...Until your so-called buddies cut the rope in the middle of the night as a practical joke... that finger looks like about a nine out of ten, with ten being officially smashed. That's a neat story, ER won't help, but your wife's boss just so happens to be a hand specialist. I thought those happy endings were only in the movies. Hope it heals ok.LOL. at first I said it was close to my finger then 5 sec later I took my glove off and said sh#t. well I’m almost done with this plot expansion. I’m planting brassica in most of it. Second picture of the really rocky area I’m pondering what to plant that would be good for the deer to stage up in or to be scent checking. It’s so rocky that I don’t want to drilling it just broad casting on it. It is roughly 100x45 yards. This area is between great bedding and my main feeding plot. It’s been one of my best areas which is why I wanted to expand to little plot. Any good ideas fellas
