Hard to say from just this going-away shot, but he's 3.5+, most likely. Body is showing defined musculature and the left side of his antlers is well beyond his ear tips...he meets two of the three criterion, for sure.
When you ask for an "age this" opinion, you should always include the location and the type of herd/habitat management the land is under, as these influence the guesstimates.
