Leaving to go turkey hunting a week from today, and venison spaghetti will be on the menu for one night, my bride makes that beforehand. Seafood gumbo will be on the menu for the second night, my buddy makes it from scratch the day before we go.

That looks like I’d eat it………..and ask for seconds !

Lunch and eventually dinner.
2 lbs cubed venison hind quarter
2 tbs Tony’s seasoning
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 pkg Cousin Boudreaux’s meatloaf seasoning
1 diced yellow onion
1 diced bell pepper
1 jar of beef gravy
1 can of beef broth

Throw everything into a Dutch oven with lid and place in 275 degree oven for 5 hours. Serve over cooked rice, pasta or potatoes. Enjoy!IMG_4300.jpeg
