Did a prime rib for our 15th wedding anniversary. Twas not bad.

Results? Shanks are my favorite. We prefer plenty of garlic and onion. Something about the marrow makes the "gravy" unbelievable!

It was pretty good, I think the potential is there for it to be really good, we just need a little more practice with it.
