Venison hind quarter cubed and seasoned with Rudy’s rub and a jar of Heinz beef gravy, can of French onion soup, one diced yellow onion, one red bell pepper and a cup of water in a cast iron pot with lid for 4 hours at 275 in oven.
French style teen beans with bacon added and mashed potatoes. Good eatin!!!
 
Throwing this in the oven at 300 for 4 hours. It’s a variation of the pepper stout beef recipe. Crossed fingers it turns out delicious this afternoon. IMG_3582.jpegIMG_3583.jpegIMG_3584.jpeg
