Anyone have one? Looking to get something little nicer than my FIMCO seems like i'm always buying parts or leaks like a siv 1/2 the time. I seen some chatter of this one being recommended and then i investigated and seems nice, but then i look at the sprayer they are using is a $100 sprayer off amazon, like where does the other $1700 come into play those are some expensive hoses and tank. Maybe i'm missing something, but their base model 45 gallon utv sprayer was $1800.

Any recommendations will help? or other brands to consider that are 1 step above a FIMCO and not a commercial sprayer for farm use.

We have two CropCare sprayers. Buy once, cry once. Models are a 25 gallon ATV and 60 gallon ATX in a UTV. Both with the 13' boom. They're nice units. Parts are easy to get, and the support is great.

Bought Kings Sprayer few years ago. Yes at 1700$ it hurts but I have no regrets. 3 pt, stainless frame, boomless with stainless sprayer nozzle on 50ft hose. The nozzle itself is almost worth it. And of course..... it goes without saying that EVERYONE agrees boomless is the only way to go!!!!

Do you have issues with your boom and the rear rear on your quad? The back bar on the rack is too wide, and causes issues. We need to build a "mount" for the sprayer to sit on securely.

The raised back bar on my yamaha fits between the two parallel mounting bars. Note that I inlaid wood into the bottom U-channels so that I'm not mounting steel on steel. It rides much nicer this way.

I have both systems for my sprayer, and I don't find it to be much work to dismount and unfold the booms to start, and them dismount and re-fold to drive back empty. I eventually just got fed up with the uneven coverage and the resulting uneven weed kill of boomless nozzles and installed the booms. I can install the boomless nozzles below the booms temporarily if I want to spray a trail that's too narrow for the booms.

^ Same CropCare setup I have, and it works very well. I added a shutoff valve on both sides between the T and the first boom nozzles so each side can be isolated. Works great for the narrow areas or driveways.

That's a great idea, why didn't I think of that! Some of the best practical aftermarket engineering experts are on this site. I want to get new hoses anyway, and spread the nozzles further apart so they reach to the end of the boom. The dumbest engineering, the last nozzle is 6" short of the end of the boom, and the spray fans coming out of each nozzle has a lot of overlap anyway, so I'm going to modify it and make a 14' wide sprayer out of this rig. The shutoff valve will save me buying 2 short hoses, thank you very much.

Well, I like the nozzle spacing on your booms. My center nozzle clamps rub each other right at the X where they cross. Yours are several inches apart. I just replaced hoses last week because it had almost rubbed a hole through them. Time to break out the tape measure
