I got 3 bucks of his size this year, starting to see the success from letting them go to grow, and most all of the neighbors are now onboard and seeing nice deer on their place too. The rake is home made. I haven't used any of the tillage equipment in last 3 years I will be repainted them when my building gets doneThat playground buck looks huge. Is that a three PT rock rake??? I’ve never seen anything like that.... I’m assuming it’s a rake of some sorts

After going through multiple zone 6b summer planting failures I've mostly stopped planting anything between June 15th and August 15 although brassica and oats can sometimes be planted within that time period with success. And be careful with mowing clover during that time period as well. Mowing tall clover when it's stinking hot is a mistake, the cover protects the roots from drying out.my summer planting turned into a flop. The replanting I did in August with the brassica mix has been growing well. Last night I started clearing for my machine shed
Those plants look exceptionally healthy. You get a few more weeks before frost and you're gonna have TONNAGE!My fall wildlife blend is coming in nicely
We have not been getting any rain lately but heavy dew and fog seems to be making things grow. I have a 2 acre dove field that I will be mowing and planting with winter rye soon and I have another 2 acres on my new saw mill plot that I will be planting WR and I hope to plant warm season grass in spring. Those plants look exceptionally healthy.
