Something tells me that we aren't going to be neighbors anytime soon. Such a shame - I loved the wallpaper in the bedroom and my wife like the wrought iron at the top of the stairs. Neither of us were that big on the toilet being upside down in the bathtub, but we are trying to be more open mined...…
Seriously G, I'm sorry it didn't work out, but it was much as I expected. Where do you go from here? Are you going to stay put in CO or are you considering something else now?
PS: I wish you could have come by my place, but I understand why you were in such a hurry to get back.
Man am I behind on things. Geo almost moved back east and I had no idea. A younger Geo would have taken on that wishing well and fine tractor. But a wiser Geo will find a better Tanks Holler
Wow, I'll stay on this side of the Gyandotte river , thank you. Knew it couldn't be going too good with no contact. I started tell you don't waste your time, but one just never knows, I guess there are deals to be had. Glad you had a safe trip at least.
wow - this brings back some bad memories when we started looking for a place. Not sure if we came across something that rough but pretty darn close!
I was looking forward to GEO in Appalachia thread!
Lewis County is some rough terrain. I spent a while looking around those parts before I bought my last place.Ok, thanks, I'm looking in Lewis county Kentucky up on the escarpment.

Where did you end up?
Sorry was referring to my last farm in Central VA. I haven't bought another one...yet. Everything is too far away for me to escape the dogs....
Oh, congratulations on the new born, I hope that all is well.

Where to this time?Good luck to Brooks. I may be making another trip back east.

Treat your clothes with permithin before your next foray into the brush. The stuff really works for ticks, chiggers, etc.
I sent you a PM with a link to a property that looks good. It’s an online auction.
