This does not look normal to me. Looks like she birthed a healthy fawn in middle of may (early for us) and it is still alive.

Tough enough ! I have a doe on my place that has the lumpy jaw going on three years now. I would have taken her last year but never saw her while hunting. I figured she died but I have her on camera at a mineral block again this spring. She looks pregnant to me in this pic (May 18)

Looks like she got stick jabbed in her nose. Maybe she was eluding a Coyote? Maybe a lion got a grip on her?
