Dang! How tall are you? This is a picture of me at 208...When I decided to get myself back in shape a few years ago I started with IF. The results were dramatic. I was 172 lbs and dropped to 148 in 2 months. I was training 3 days a week as well which helped. Something I've tried recently is to push the 16 hour fast to a 20-22 hour fast three days a week. It's actually not that difficult. The cellular health from the autophagy (cleansing the body of dead cells) is reason enough to do it but I've also experienced a fair amount of mental clarity and the deepest sleep I've had in years. Wasn't expecting that but it's a nice bonus.
