I see you have a pile smoking back there, wood ashes has the same ph effect as lime for the soil so you might as well get a hot burn going...

I did a bit of food plot prep myself today. I generally don’t have enough foliage left in my plots to support a burn, but we had lots of rain this summer so I lit this one up about mid morning. I tended it with my backhoe, and did a few other things while I had the hoe there.
