Last night’s grub:
Venison hind quarter cubed and seasoned with Rudy’s rub and a jar of Heinz beef gravy, can of French onion soup, one diced yellow onion, one red bell pepper and a cup of water in a cast iron pot with lid for 4 hours at 275 in oven.
French style teen beans with bacon added and mashed potatoes. Good eatin!!!

Venison hind quarter steaks stewed down in corn and tomatoes.

Throwing this in the oven at 300 for 4 hours. It’s a variation of the pepper stout beef recipe. Crossed fingers it turns out delicious this afternoon.

Just shredded it and back in oven for 1/2 hour or so.
