Most likely Annual Bluegrass (
Poa annua L.) but it takes more than a picture like that to make a positive ID. However, it is so common, there are many links on this grass, and you can now look some of them up and verify by comparing to your plants.
It's the devil in many golf courses all over the country. Since it is a winter annual I would suspect you would be seeing inflorescence in Texas right now, but I don't really know that for sure.
