The interior work continued into February 2017 with some interior trim and kitchen cabinets

Beginnings of the kitchen cabinets and some interior trim done around the window casings.

Some custom woodwork on ceiling.

The ceiling in the loft is complete.

As I stated at beginning of this thread, the carpenter doing the work is fantastic and a perfectionist. The woodwork design is all his idea. The downside is that it's taking forever to get this built!

We had to hire someone to finish out the cabin as we wanted it finished by the start of this hunting season. Deer season for firearms starts tomorrow, September 1st and we are almost done. Pics from the last couple of months.
