Beautiful. Those are some happy looking farm animals. I don’t share your concern with GMO, but I do believe that farm animals have a right to a nice life. You are certainly giving them that.

Here is a project we have been working on this summer creating a savannah out of hurricane damaged timber.

That turned out great. You were smart to remove the big oaks and leave the little ones. We thinned oaks on our place last year, and tons of the big ones we left behind have either died or blown over.
