Amazing Venison Recipes – Need Your Help!

Hey everyone,

I’ve been reading through this thread, and I love seeing all the great venison recipes you all share! Hunting and cooking wild game have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve spent years collecting, testing, and perfecting venison recipes—everything from simple campfire meals to more refined dishes.

I’m actually working on getting a whitetail hunting cookbook published in English, but I need a little help to make it happen. I recently launched a Kickstarter to fund the project, and to be honest, it’s a bit nerve-wracking!

This is for backstraps soak in Dale’s marinade it’s made in the great state of Alabama. Cut into small streaks and butterfly. Scoop in some crème cheese and a fresh cut jalapeño pepper and place in middle of the steak. Wrap in Conecuh thick cut bacon also from the great state of Alabama. Dust with Southern Flavor seasoning also from Selma, Alabama the deer hunting capital of the world. Smoke on a wood smoker with charcole and hickory wood. Don’t go past medium rare
