Let the feast begin!

Pico Ski area this morning! We normally get some in the mountains in late October/ early November. This was a pretty good dump 6" .

Hey I think I could handle those slopes. I am not very good high in the Rockies!

Ya, those are the bunny slopes. You can't see the black diamonds, they are up in the clouds in that pic. ... I did get to the farm for hunt. I was in the wrong spot, a buddy said there were 12 deer and a buck nosing a doe in another cornfield. I did see a few deer and a bunch of turkeys.

Still not much showing up on cams. Some does and 1.5 year old bucks and this 2.5. This is a small plot tucked back in the woods with about 20 wild apples in it.

Not much for apples in this plot this year, but deer are using the clover/ chicory pretty good. I need to get some more light in
to this orchard.

I guess these guys think the are tough! This orchard was loaded w/ buck sign as I walked in to change the card.

Another buck, probably a 2 year old. This is one of my favorite orchards to hunt. Bedding area uphill to the NW and crop fields to the south. They feel safe coming in here during daylight hours.
