Chicken or duck bombs:
Slice boneless breast into 1/2” strips and season with Tony’s or your favorite seasoning. Slice jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and discard seeds. Slice yellow onion similar sized as the pepper halves. Fill pepper halves with cream cheese then place onion over then breast meat then cover with pepper jack cheese slice. Wrap a slice of bacon around the entire thing to hold it in place then place in a greased baking pan. Once all bombs are made and laid into pan, sprinkle more Tony’s seasoning over it. Bake on middle oven rack at 450 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or whenever the bacon is cooked to your liking. Enjoy because they disappear quickly!

Old West Fair chicken with mac & cheese. I got this recipe from a co-worker and highly recommend.
Old West Fair Chicken:
8 chicken thighs
1 small bottle of BBQ sauce
1 small bottle of worstershire sauce
Chili powder
Garlic salt

Place thighs skin side up on a foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle chili powder and garlic salt on both sides. Pour BBQ sauce and worstershire sauce on top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake on middle rack at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Easy peasy and some of the best tasting chicken I’ve eaten.

Big skillet of rice dressing made with ground beef, pork and venison. Good stuff!

Hamburgers topped with fresh chanterelles, muenster and habanaro cheese, bacon, bratwurst, pepper jelly, and a large dollop of cream cheese. All melted into a greasy/gooy mess.

It is not too often that my wife and I eat a meatless dinner but this one was home grown and a bit different. Beer battered puffball deep fried and homegrown carrots. Absolutly delicious.
