Faux duck bombs (I’m all outta wood duck breast, substituted chicken breast). View attachment 30023
Chicken or duck bombs:
Slice boneless breast into 1/2” strips and season with Tony’s or your favorite seasoning. Slice jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and discard seeds. Slice yellow onion similar sized as the pepper halves. Fill pepper halves with cream cheese then place onion over then breast meat then cover with pepper jack cheese slice. Wrap a slice of bacon around the entire thing to hold it in place then place in a greased baking pan. Once all bombs are made and laid into pan, sprinkle more Tony’s seasoning over it. Bake on middle oven rack at 450 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or whenever the bacon is cooked to your liking. Enjoy because they disappear quickly!
