Looking good ! As my bride is visiting kin in ND, I’m batching, so I’m keeping it pretty simple. Tonight it was a smoked venison/pork sausage link cut in half. It made two “foldovers” with wheat bread, (I don’t care for hot dog buns), ketchup and mustard. I believe this batch of smoked sausage from my last deer is the best that my processor has made to date. Jalapeño and cheese is in them too, but next time I’m asking for a little more jalapeño ! Sorry, no pictures, I didn’t even think about it.
