I'm heading out to the farm next weekend with some buddies to work on the house. I'm also getting a 360 Deer Blind delivered and set up. Where do y'all think it should go?
The black "X" Waypoint is the house. There is lots of deer movement all around it, especially in the field to the west and the thick grass to the east. I don't think it makes much sense to hunt north of the house, though the deer pour into the alfalfa during the growing season.
The pink "X" waypoint is where the previous owner had a tower stand. It's at the north end of the river bottom ground, and it's where I think the deer will really move during the rut. However, the prevailing wind is NW, so it doesn't seem ideal to set up on the northern end of that section.
The blue arrows are where I see tons of deer movement, but honestly there are deer everywhere.
Any recommendations?
