Very cool. I love MT and WY. I had a big game combo this fall and didn't fill either tag. I bow hunted elk and could have shot a mule deer from near the road, but didn't seem like the sporting to do so I passed. Hope to draw again last year. The rivers are like deer magnets in that part of the state.

Got my soil tests back. The first three are the 40 acre field divided into thirds. This field has flood irrigation.





The next one is the lower 32 acre field.



Final one is the field behind the house.

Congrats! I agree, looking at the pH, you must be in limestone country. Probably have great trout fishing!

Lucky you! I didn't draw the Elk combo, but knew I wouldn't with 1 point. You are better off with 0 points as a NR, because they give 25% of the tags to people with no points. But, sooner or later I feel like you have to buy a point and sit out a year to be guaranteed a tag the next year.
