Stone Branch, build it, they will come.

I have a plot line developing for the upcoming hunting season, one of the last remaining OG looks to have shifted his core area onto my tasty green woods. He is 9 years old.

GREAT buck! I’m sure glad we don’t have to deal with bears around here. As much effort as we put into our fruit trees; I’m not sure what bears would do to my blood pressure.

He's decided that moving into the only smorgasbord in the neighborhood, especially one that's mostly frequented by potential girlfriends makes perfect sense. That bear looks like 250 lbs on the hoof.

If Old Guard likes it a lot he just might stay permanently (on your wall)
I thought OG stood for Original Gangster these days… :D

Thanks guys, i hope to do my best for him.

George,

Do you have a bear season down there?

a couple of short gun seasons, the first one with dogs.

I thought OG stood for Original Gangster these days… :D

Menman is a hip dude, he might be testing us?

With this log, I think that I have proven my theory that it can be done.

It looked like a lot of sweat, determination and muscle was going to be needed to get those tulip poplar logs out of that gulch. But George has plenty of all three!

How's the new lean-to coming along?

I hope that you don't think that I am a slug, Menman. I probably won't address the lean to until I need more roof space and

I have been out on the horseshow circuit.

We got another qualifying score on this test which means that I get to go to the regional finals, yippy.

A different 8 shows up with good mass and many stickers but his body wasn't right.

The light of day helps tell the story.

You must have made another great trip to Michigan.
That buck has some kind of lesion looks like it's going to be tough to heal, a vet could set it right very quickly, but without medical intervention he might pull out on his own, or might not, him being scrawny tells us that he's been fighting it for a while.

The hole in his shoulder was making me think that someone in the hood is getting an early start to crossgun season. He may recover but won't be a deer that I would want to eat.

They’re such tough critters, I bet he pulls through, if he can make it until it gets colder, like you said.
