You have a lot of value in lumber right there. You might be able to sell the lumber and get enough money to hire a Mennonite carpenter to build the lean-to?

Good call to make it a fall/ winter build, the physical labor of building things goes a lot easier in cooler weather.

That tree might be perfect for cutting some arched rafters out of, if you can find enough of them for a full set, you might be able to build a really exotic lookin cathedral. How's the deer hunting going?
