I picked up a case of beer cans, beer cartons, and some plastic off a 4 wheeler. I found one spot on the hill side where there was a drunken wreck. I did see that the Kentucky law states that trespassers can not sue property owners. My immediate neighbors won't like it but there will probably be a gate going up. The electric company uses this route to access my incoming power line but it is not in the power line right of way so I'll need to open the gate when they need access. I didn't talk to the neighbor who lets the drunks through and if he doesn't think that it is important for him to talk to me than the gate will just go up.

G, most electric coops in KY are willing to place one of their locks on a gate along with your lock if you are willing. That way, they can open their lock and come in when necessary. That is the setup which I have at my farm. That might be a good answer for you.
