Spray Dye?

Gotta say I'm so glad I don't spend one second spraying or buying that shit to poison my land. There is no need for it and watching most boast in a public setting anout their use of it is mind boggling Wish all you would just quit as well. It's truly not a legacy to leave behind as conservationists.

I think there is a balance. Herbicides are just a tool like any other. Just like other tools, misuse or over use can certainly cause problems. We all have to find the right balance for our land and objectives.

I wasn't boasting at all and I'm sure no one else here was boasting either. Ironically the boasting is coming from you!

You can make your point without being a jerk and for what it's worth I like your method.

I'm sure there are more efficient ways to poison land. Hope you don't eat anything that comes out of a grocery store.

I am going to convert 22 acres of brome back to native grass this fall. I am literally dying (apparently) to learn how to do that efficiently without the use of an herbicide...

I took a plastic gas can and put a tire valve in the bottom I glued some plumbing parts to the top. I ran tubing from it to the end of my boom.

I have since upgraded the air compressor. Very inexpensive if you have more time than money and very effective
Just a quick note on this Po Boy foamer for anyone building one. Mine worked great for over 10 years but then degraded significantly. I finally tracked down the issue. Over time the valve in the tire valve stem had become clogged. I removed the valve and used a q-tip to clean gunk out of the valve stem. I then put a new valve in it and it works great again. Just something to watch out for.
