New
I bolted the floor supports right to the frame then tack welded a couple rods to hold it in place

Painted the inside with por-15 DTM paint

I measured from the rear riser (bumper) 51" and 67 1/2" to the center of the holes on the frame. Then since the tub is even with the riser i just transferred those measurements

In my next life im going to put one of these tubs together with panel adhesive, just because

The side panel was a bit wavy probably from all the welding so out with the fiberglass......what a pain to sand

looking great - I give you all kinds of credit - not something most of us could do even if we had the where-with-all and time. Enjoying the progress pics!!

I decided on an aftermarket tool box, fitment wasn't too bad

I was going to pre paint inside the tool box area but remembered I had a quart of raptor bed liner left from the last project, so I taped off the flange areas for welding and sprayed that on. Not factory but I figured with the jack and some chains bouncing around in there it would hold up better.

I got the tool box welded in

Also put the gas tank in for fitment. I forgot how little leg room these things have

I need to correct this somehow. The rubber grommet will never fit
