Having watched you fabricate just about anything you need i wonder if you will build your own lift or order a kit? Either way I'm sure it will turn out awesome!

This is the first time since April that I had the time to drive her. She drives like a dream...still a bit of wander in the steering i need to troubleshoot but she drove great

Made some progress today

Frame is shortened to a short bed. Ready for the sand blaster

How about a progress report ? I found this cab on Facebook just needs a little work. Owner had all the new parts to fix it, including 2 brand new doors still in the boxes. I got the whole thing for close to what the doors cost new. Already stripped and blasted. Saves me about 200 hrs of work

Also made 2 plates to reinforce frame where I cut it

In addition got the frame sandblasted

Making good process. I found a front axle that had disc brakes so I bought that for the components and got a disc brake kit.
Also switched out the rear axle to a 14 bolt 1 ton axle so I can do a disc brake conversion on the rear. So it will have disc on front and back
