We have 200 acres of fallow farm in SW Bracken County, KY.

My sons decided to clear a disused pasture for a campsite. It had a lot of poison ivy in it, so they sprayed gly back in the spring. The results were good-- too good. Nothing has grown back.

Is there something we could throw down now that would be of any use for deer season? Spring Turkey Season?

You have plenty of time and tons of options. Start by reading this:

Winter Rye and Crimson Clover can be broadcast and cultipacked. If you broadcast before a good rain, you may not even need to cultipack depending on your soil.

You need to test for pH and apply lime if necessary as soon as you can, but both of these will grow in poor soil with low pH.
