Pruning suggestions?

Any suggestions on pruning to salvaging this persimmon?
Someone ran over it with a tractor
Was planning on cutting off all lower limbs and maybe leave top two one on each side? Should I cut it off where it’s broken at an angle? Or just leave the break??

I suggest leaving all the limbs for right now and gradually pruning back to a central leader over the next two or three years. Let the strongest upright limb become your central leader. If that is an established root system, you aren't going to have any problems with it coming back.

It would be okay to cut the broken spot at an angle like you said, because it will help it to shed water better.
