Oh, nuts

I have been out of circulation for some time, but getting back to doing habitat work. After many decades of deer and upland bird habitat on my arid western Kansas ranch I have the opportunity to assist my son on a northeast Kansas property. It will be quite a learning experience for me going from the prairie to the timber and many tree species that I am unfamiliar with.

I would be interested in obtaining nuts and acorns of chestnuts, Allegheny chinkapins and oaks(suitable for NE Kansas that might not be in the current timber on the property. Currently there is a good number of bur, post and white oak) .

I would pay for nuts and shipping.
