The rate of people moving to this area to live full time has accelerated over the last 15 years or so already. The ability to work from anywhere will likely add to the amount of new people coming in. Hopefully some of the newcomers will be in the construction business. Right now builders are behind by about 1.5 years, meaning that is the wait time to get a project started (if they show up). It would seem to be a pretty good assumption that this will occur throughout the country. As it does real estate values will rise, taxes will go up and area makeup and character will change.
And definitely even here out in the country, no handguns can be kept in your house if you don't have a permit.
