Elk, you bring up a very concerning issue that I didn't think of with the eviction moratorium!!! That is why I love this site, many opinions and everyone is looking at it from a different angle. She hasn't contacted me in a couple days so I am not sure where she stands???? But I will have to put some thought to all concerns before deciding.

Sounds like going to live on it if they are moving in a camper and planting trees...

If you didn’t live in such a communist state, I would consider it. But they will pay a small bit up front, then put down permanent roots and squat there permanently and “fall on hard times” and not be able to make the payments. And in your state, it would be impossible to evict them, you would eventually sign the acre over to them.
