Late dropping mast trees

Apologies if this subject has been covered before, Im sure it has...
So Ive noticed most of the trees I plan on planting next year drop around mid September. Which is great for bow season! Is there any fruit or nut trees that deer like that drop later? I will be planting Sawtooth Oaks, Chinese Chestnuts, American Chestnuts, American persimmon and a few pear trees. Ive seen some persimmons stil on tree around here in early Nov.
Is there any other trees to consider to prolong the time food is falling?
Thanks

Regarding pear trees, talk to the Wildlife Group for trees that hold until November and those that hold until December. I don't have any butI will head in that direction soon on my purchases.

LLC don't have any this year but he has some Sawtooth that hold late. Frost hurt this year's crop for him.

I hope my memory is accurate but does "Nuttal" hold acorns late. I believe that is right - check that out before you order.

AU buck 4 as stated above for chestnuts

Nutall oaks

Pears
Keifer, Olympic (Asian variety), an Ms laneene from wildlife group

apples
Lots of late drop apples out there but some well know disease resistant varieties are Arkansas black, gold rush, Yates, enterprise, golden hornet

Ok I did just get a new catalog in the mail from the Wildlife Group, which means I spent a bunch with them.
For Pear Trees they show - Becton with November Drop Time; Gallaway with Oct to Nov Drop Time; Gate with Drop Time Until Dec; Gilmer Christmas with Drop Time Nov to Jan; Ms. Laneene Drop to late Dec; Hunters Choice drop time Oct to Nov

Remember Alabama rut is later the further south you go.

Nutall Oak show drop time December / January

The info above is taken from their 2016-2017 Catalog

Hope this helps.

Does anyone have any personal experience with the Wildlife Group Pears? Do they really drop as late as they claim?

I'll know in a few years, native hunter has several a few years ahead of mine so he may chime in soon.

If you get on there Facebook page they have videos of the varieties they offer actually holding fruit late. But that is also in Alabama don't know how changing the location may increase of shorten their drop times.
