English ivy

[Creek chub]

I have a new food plot and English ivy is growing on the edge of it. I hit it with crossbow a couple of weeks ago after I nailed it with the weed eater but I don’t see any signs the herbicide is working,

Any herbicide suggestions for English ivy? I’ve heard this stuff was created by Satan himself and hard to get rid off.
