Coon or deer damage in corn?

I assume this is coon damage because the stalks are knocked over. Is that correct?

That would be my guess. Looks just like mine. The dastards climb the stalk. Then it falls over. I don't have bears.

Bear will knock then down as well. Both are hard on corn.

Its too early in the year, but Ive seen spots flattened by a couple rutting bucks duking it out, probably 30ft square. I could see young coons climbing up the stalks

Deer eat it while standing. Coons do that type of damage, thankfully, I don't have bears.

Z-traps or Duke DP traps are great little tools for catching coons if that's an option. We have an open season on them here in Alabama so we can trap anytime.
