Hey Gator - I know how you must feel. I sold my property in GA last week....just didn't have the time any longer to spend on the property and do all the habitat work....no matter how much I enjoyed it, the kids are now of an age that they have a lot going on with sports, etc. It was bittersweet to sell but one day after the kids are off to college, I am sure I will be back in the game. The crab apples are also loaded. Unfortunately zero pears again this year!

Well dangit Gator, now I'm depressed and happy for you all mixed in one. Always been attached to your place as its been a fun tour beginning on the old forum. But I am excited with your new challenges. That buyer is one lucky person, well except for your aggravating dog hunters I guess.
