Thank you...Every 5 years the stars and season dates align for an amazing season. I have had my best hunts in this 5 year cycle when muzzleloader season is a week later and rifle season is a few days earlier. On the 5 year years (2017, 2012, 2007, 2002,...) I have killed 2 big bucks each time and this year I got to throw in a special hunt in the waterfowl refuge at Fort Gibson. We have also had some mid years that worked out great as well but my confidence is highest every 5 years...
