Looks like a Whitetail to me. There are areas where Whitetail and Mule deer overlap and some crossbreeding occurs. I think this is true for blacktail deer (subspecies of mule deer) as well.
Whitetail buck because it does not have a series of forks instead of a single main beam. Probably will sell in our part of rural north Florida for $50.
Unless your my youngest daughter then its Chicken and Dumplins with an extra side of dumplins, every single time. She at least likes fried apples so I can get behind that! LOL
