Triple C and the better half going vegan tonite

In an effort to redeem myself...wife took over kitchen duties tonight and prepared parmesan crusted chicken breasts. Failed to take a pic so it may not have happened.

BTW...I went many, many, many years not pulling cooking or cleaning duty. Somewhere after the empty nest years took place, I found myself wanting to do more and more of the cooking. These days, I'm pretty much the chef of the house. Any of your other older gents out there taking over more of the chef duties?

Since I went Primal/Paleo I do almost all of the cooking. started because I was really into finding recipes that were compliant and tasted good and I put a bunch of time into trying different recipes. I found out I really enjoy it and I find it relaxing and very satisfying and have become a pretty damn good cook. Wife feels like she won the lottery, lol.
