I saw that Kansas thunderstorm system on the radar. As contractors we look at the radar multiple times during the day. We finally got substantial rains in the past half week with more on the way tomorrow with a tropical storm forming off the coast of Virginia beach. We have some nice, more wide spread rain rolling through today. It almost feels like September out. Supposed to be back in the upper 90s soon though.
Good to hear, I’ve always been a fan of the rain clouds. It would be a difficult for me to live in an arid part of the country.I saw that Kansas thunderstorm system on the radar. Well, I just got off the phone with Welters Seed; I order a few things from them each year I can't get around here. This year chicory will be added to the mix, I've never used it before, but I'm going to try diversifying some this year for better regenerative outcomes. I went with Forb Feast Chicory, I hope that's an okay choice. Last year, unsprayed Johnson grass really hurt the early growth of our late summer brassica planting, so this year I plan to spray ahead of time. We've gotten good timely rains lately, so the Johnson grass should be ripe for the killing. I'll be holding off until the middle of September to broadcast the cereals, peas, some leftover radishes, and chicory into the existing clover plots.
Lol, the tail does look like a drop.I thought you had a droptine buck... then realized it was a deer butt behind him.
Nice deer!
