Sugar Beet seeds and viability

I have a plot I need to rotate out of clover and have been reading about RR sugar beets ....trouble is most of what I read is up north as well as not finding RR seed

Any of you folks around the Southern Missouri / Ky / Tn area have any experience with them and if so how about seed source?
