Pressure cooker venison pot roast

1 . Venison (or beef) roast
2 . One can of Campbells golden mushroom soup
3 . One soup can full of water
4 . One packet dry onion soup mix
Combine all in a pressure cooker, cook at full pressure for 30 minutes
This is the only way my wife will eat venison so it must be very good lol.
If I ever shoot another deer I'll add a picture but dont get your hopes up :(
 
I'll have to try that!! We used an electronic pressure cooker and put roast on high for 80-90 minutes. Works great for shredded deer on tacos, sandwiches etc.

I use the old fashioned one, timing depends on how you like it. 30 minites for me gets it to where i can cut it with a fork. Thats on an old cooker. Might have to adjust time on yours
 
LOL about the remark of ever shooting another deer. I take it you're on a dry spell? We all want to SEE, so everyone is pull'n for ya! :)
