Last year I ordered persimmon and jujube from Englands.  I paid in full 5 months in advance.  When the box showed up it didn't have the persimmon.  He said he ran out (which is what I was trying to avoid by paying in full in the fall).  Never contacted me to ask if I wanted a replacement or anything.  Then he refunded me less than I paid.  Pretty crappy deal to pay in full and only get a partial refund and no offer to substitute on something reserved almost half a year in advance.  We emailed back and forth a little trying to figure it out.  He stopped replying when I asked why he refunds less than what was paid.  Needless to say I am very disappointed in this business.
