Without better pictures and more information, it's hard to tell the difference between Viburnum acerifolium, Viburnum trilobum and Viburnum opulus. But, it probably doesn't matter to the deer anyway.

I've seen very few growing wild around here. But, I planted Arrowwood Viburnum, and the birds have helped me spread them. They are really browsed well and flourish despite the browsing.
