I think that I could get used to the weather down there and I have yet to see an unbeautiful creek in ky.

Our weather here is much warmer than when I was a child. If I can get back over there when the Bluebells are in bloom, I will make us some wildflower pictures on the creek banks.

Native, this is what we use for window tinting, bought at Lowes or Home Depot. We used the mirror style. That way the deer just see more of the surrounding area when they look at our blinds and we can see thru it with our flowing cut outs we made in it once it was up. It has been up for three or more years on the inside of the blind and has held up perfectly.

You must've drank the global warming koolaid. I had to plow a foot of climate change off my driveway, three separate storms all in one weekend this March, that's what made me fall off the wagon.

Update 3-30-19. I'm tied up with my real job most of next week, but my builder should get a lot done on the blind. Would love to be working on habitat more, but happy with what has been done so far.

I can stand on the deck and send out passenger pigeons with little messages for you tied to their legs. If the cell phone towers go down, we will still be able to communicate.

I know it is overkill, but just this one time I had to go for all the gusto....

I added that wide door at the bottom so dogghr would be able to park his motorcycle out of the rain when he comes and visits. I know he won't be able to resist seeing it in person!!

With it being so big...how are you going to cover all the windows on a floor? Looks like either you are going to need three guests plus yourself to cover each window or your going to be one busy man. If you hunt by yourself no wonder you built sleeping quarters cause your going to be so tired your not going to be able to make it home safely.

Even though there will be one window for light on the first and second floors, it is designed for all hunting to be from the top floor. I have designed the top to where two hunters can easily cover everything from their chairs without moving. The front hunter gets the field and three shooting lanes to the west, Note how close those two windows are. You can simply turn your head without moving and see everything. The rear is designed the same way, and the rear hunter gets the view to the creek and three other lanes - two lanes to the east, one to the south and one to the southeast to the creek.

Actually one hunter in the front could do a decent job without moving, because three of the shooting lanes in the rear eventually intersect on a natural deer tail at the top of the bluff and tie in with a lane that the front hunter can see. What he would mainly be giving up is the view to the creek. So, me and my son can cover everything easily, and one hunter can do a decent job by himself.

I thought the wide door and elevator was for use in our "later" years!.
