Ive the same question, same problem. I took it all apart and put it back together, its all original stuff on there. Seems to work now. The problem was not the carb, it was the hose running from the bottom of the engine to the carb.... suction hose i think. no suction no fuel....... so just replace that hose. Hell, replace all the hoses, and put a nice big fuel filter on it... not the little plastic ones but one that is BIG like for a truck, fuel passes through it easier and that thing will never clog (massive surface area, screen is a few inches wide instead of half an inch.) Still, itd be nice to know of a cheap carb replacement for this. PS: guys down my way replace the breaks with hydrolic golf cart breaks.
