Do you hear the crickets... Just kidding. Most hunting clubs fill up around May to June when the lease is due. Some of the better clubs... You have to know someone and maybe they will put in a good word for you. Sometimes the best way is to ride the back roads around lunch time, and catch guys leaving a club. Talk to them and give them your name and phone number. Get their name and Phone number... If you don't hear from them, call them in April or May. Good Luck.
